Welcome to the July edition of The Soul Reflection Newsletter.
As we arrive at 7/7, a date often connected with intuition, reflection, and spiritual alignment, July invites us to slow down, listen more deeply, and become intentional about what we are planting, strengthening, and ready to release.
With the 7/7 Summer Portal opening the month and the 8/8 Lionโs Gate Portal arriving in August, this feels like a sacred bridge between reflection and empowerment. We are being asked to trust the seeds we are planting now, even if we cannot yet see the full bloom.
Message of the MonthFor this monthโs collective reading, I was drawn to pull three cards from my upcoming oracle deck, Runic Wisdom Of The North, which will be released at Freya Fest on August 8th during the powerful 8/8 Lionโs Gate Portal.
The message that came through was both encouraging and empowering.
As I sat with these cards, I felt they were not asking us to rush ahead or force change. Instead, they remind us that lasting transformation happens one intentional choice at a time.
July feels like a month of conscious creation. Every thought, decision, and action is planting seeds for the future. Even if progress seems slow, trust that something meaningful is growing beneath the surface. Some seasons are not meant for immediate results. They are meant for establishing strong roots.
The cards also remind us that what we are building does not need to be fueled by struggle. True strength comes from within. It is reflected in the choices we make, the boundaries we honor, and the quiet confidence that grows when we trust our inner wisdom.
At the same time, these cards ask us to honor the past without carrying the weight of it forward. Our experiences have shaped us, but we are not meant to bring every disappointment, fear, expectation, or old version of ourselves into the next chapter. By honoring the lessons and releasing what no longer serves us, we create space for new possibilities to take root.
What I love most about this reading is the progression it offers. First, we choose what we want to cultivate. Then we embody the strength to stay committed to that vision. Finally, we release what no longer supports the life we are creating.
This message also reflects the energy moving through July. Cancer season encourages us to nurture what truly matters, while the Cancer New Moon on July 14 supports fresh intentions around healing, emotional renewal, home, and belonging. As the Sun moves into Leo, the energy shifts toward courage, creativity, self-expression, and leading with the heart. By the Aquarius Full Moon at the end of the month, we may be invited to release old roles, outdated expectations, or patterns that keep us from fully stepping into the future we are creating.
Overall, July carries the energy of becoming. It reminds us that growth is rarely instant, strength is often quiet, and releasing the past is not about forgetting where we have been. It is about making space for everything that is waiting to bloom.

A Personal Note from Nadine As many of you celebrated Independence Day this past weekend, I hope you had the chance to spend time with the people you love and reconnect with nature in a way that felt meaningful to you.
For my family, the Fourth of July has always meant spending time in the Adirondacks. Every time I take that drive north, I feel a sense of peace and grounding begin to settle in. The mountains remind me how deeply the places we love can become part of who we are.
I found myself reflecting on this while traveling recently. From the grounding energy of the Adirondacks to the ancient beauty of the Southwest and the awe-inspiring presence of the Grand Canyon, I was reminded that every landscape carries its own wisdom if we take the time to listen.
As I reflected on this monthโs cards, I realized they carry a similar message. They encourage us to move forward with confidence, trust our inner wisdom, and remember the strength that has always existed within us. Like the Earth itself, we continue to grow through every season of our lives.
This month, I invite you to spend a little extra time outdoors. Walk through the woods. Sit beside a lake or river. Feel the warmth of the sun. Watch the stars. Allow yourself to reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world.
Sometimes the guidance we are searching for arrives when we become still enough to listen.
While we often look upward for guidance, we can also find it beneath our feet.

This month feels especially meaningful because so many seeds that have been planted over the past year are finally beginning to bloom.
My upcoming book, Crystal Grid Healings: Harnessing High Vibrations for Healing and Growth, is getting so much closer to being finished. This has been a deeply personal and spiritually guided project, and while it has taken longer than I first expected, I truly believe it has unfolded in the timing it was meant to.
The book brings together crystal healing, sacred geometry, chakra work, intention setting, and intuitive energy practices to help you create meaningful crystal grids for healing, manifestation, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
I am hoping to release it next month, and I am so excited to finally share more of this work with you.
August will also bring two new oracle decks into the world: Runic Wisdom Of The North and Oracle Of The Cosmic Mother. These decks each carry very different energies, yet both were created to support empowerment, remembrance, healing, and deeper trust in your own inner wisdom.
Runic Wisdom Of The North will officially release at Freya Fest on August 8th, during the powerful 8/8 Lionโs Gate Portal. Oracle Of The Cosmic Mother is also planned for release at Freya Fest and will bring through the nurturing, intuitive, creative, and transformative energy of the Divine Feminine.
I cannot wait to share these new offerings with you.
